Gluten Free Creations was founded in 2001 for the sole purpose of helping people with celiac enjoy great tasting food.
Over the years its purpose has expanded to include creating delicious products free of any or all of the following: egg, dairy, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, corn, yeast, processed white sugar or grains.
At GFC we welcome and cater to those with all types of food lifestyles and medical conditions.
GFC is not a “static” business. We strive to introduce delicious new items to keep up or lead the food trends for people living without or looking to support more locally made small batch products using the most natural ingredients affordable.
GFC tests ingredients to verify they are gluten-free, but we do not test for other food allergens. Many of our ingredients are organic, and our palm shortening is sustainable. Do we use sugar, brown sugar, corn, nuts, oats in some of our items? Yes. Because it is not our job to judge or force people into a particular eating lifestyle. We introduce choices cater to the whim and fancy of those on restricted diets. Vitamin D is added to our breads, and vitamin B is added to almost all our products.
Every person who walks thru our doors is considered family. Our products are hand made with love and care. We wouldn’t want it any other way.
