Food Allergy and Intolerance Information

Where can I find more information on food allergies, intolerances and celiac disease?
Click here for national support and medical associations.

My child cannot eat soy. Do any of your products include soy?
We do not use soy flour. Chocolate chips, candies, some food colorings and fudge frosting are the items that usually contain soy in our facility. It is always best to read the label.

Is corn used in your products?
Many of our items do not include corn. Products that contain baking powder or powdered sugar (sugar and cornstarch) contain corn, simply due to their ingredient make up. Click on each product's name to see its list of ingredients.

Do you have sugar-free products?
Chocolate Delight Cookies are created with Xylitol in place of sugar. Breads are relatively low in sugar except for the Cinnamon Raisin Bread. From time to time we special bake sugar-free items. Subscribe to our newsletter to keep informed.

I'm looking for low-fat products.
Our mission has been to provide great tasting foods to the food allergen and intolerance community. Our second step was enriching all of our products with B Vitamins and inulin, a natural sweetener and fiber source. We anticipate adding a selection of low-fat products to our line in the near future.

People who have candida cannot eat yeast. Do you make yeast-free items?
Yes. All of our muffins, cookies, coffee cakes, brownies, cakes are yeast free. We make a yeast-free pizza crust called Simple Pizza Crust that is also available in dry mix form.

Cooking Suggestions

What else can I make with your great pizza crusts?
We're so glad you asked this question. The Gluten-Free Cooking School has used the crusts for flat breads, bread sticks (cut crusts into 2" strips and toast in the oven), paninis (place sandwich toppings - think Reuben sandwich or turkey sandwich -- on one crust, then place the second crust on top. Place sandwich on a heated fry pan and place a heavy pot or fry pan on top of the sandwich to weight it down. Grill or fry until flavors meld together) and dipping bread in olive oil or spaghetti sauce.

Other Information

Do you ship cakes?
Yes, we ship picnic cakes - a cake that is baked and shipped in its own 8" x 8" cake pan.
