 Certification: Gluten-Free Creations Bakery is the first complete facility to certify their products through the Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), a program of GIG.
GFCO certification requires Gluten-Free Creations to undergo inspections by Food Services Inc, a subsidiary of the Orthodox Union. We are also required to test our products in the facility. In-house testing provides an assurance of quality control, on the spot, that can't be matched by sending products out to labs for testing. Recognition: Gluten-Free Creations Bakery is recognized by the Celiac Sprue Association as a gluten-free wheat-free bakery that abides by good operating procedures.
Licensing: We are licensed by the Health Department, State of Arizona, City of Phoenix and Maricopa County as a bakery, food service and mail order business.
Allergen information: Peanuts, tree nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, corn and potatoes are present in our facility. We follow good manufacturing practices but there is a chance of cross contact.
Wheat, barley, rye, or any of their gluten containing derivatives are NOT in our facility.

Our Standards: To meet our high standards, all employees are required to pass the Serve Safe Program, participate in continuing education and join together as a team to prepare excellent tasting foods for our extremely valuable customers.
